Can I bring in the records I already have?
Yes. Upload a spreadsheet and everything is organized and ready to share in minutes. Nobody has to retake anything.
How quickly can we be ready?
The same day. If your records fit in a spreadsheet, they fit here.
Is there anything to install?
No. It works in the browser on any phone, tablet, or computer. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent by email, so there are no passwords to remember.
Can I try it first?
Yes. Sign up free, and your account opens with sample records to explore. Build and preview as much as you like, and don’t pay until you are ready.

What can my team do from their phones?
Based on permissions you set:
- Clock in and out.
- Keep resident logs.
- Make, approve, share and take training.
- Import and organize records.
- Share records with an inspector.
- View, share, and print records.
You choose who can do what, with a few clicks.
Do you text my team?
Only if they want texts. Each person adds their own cell number and agrees on that screen. Texts are sign-in codes, clock-in confirmations and alerts, never anything about a resident.
Can staff share one tablet?
Yes. The owner can set up a tablet in the house. Each person taps their name and enters their own 4-number PIN. Everything they write is under their name. Staff can also use their own phones.
Can we make our own training?
Yes. Turn a handbook, policy, or handout into a short interactive quiz. Everyone who finishes gets a record, filed automatically.
Can records be about places and equipment, not just people?
Yes. Keep records for a location or an asset beside your team’s.
Inspections
What does an inspector see?
Only what you choose. Share a whole binder with a link or QR code, with names shown in full, shortened, or hidden.
Can someone outside my company check a record?
Yes, with no account. Names stay hidden unless you open an audit, and every audit and every view is written down for you.
Can I print records?
Anytime: one record, or a list for a whole binder.
Plans
How does pricing work?
$2,499 per location for the first year, then $999 each year after, for unlimited logs and records. Sign is included, so you can sign documents online. However many people work there, the price is the same.
What counts as a location?
Each site you operate is one location, and everyone who works there is included.
Can I add locations later?
Anytime.

Your records
What happens to our records if we stop?
They stay yours. Sign in anytime to see and share them, links you’ve handed out keep working, and you can export everything as one file.
What happens if I stop using Resident logs?
You can close Resident logs in Settings. For 30 days you can cancel and keep going. During that time, download your records: a file for your home and one for each resident. On day 30 we remove them from our systems.
How long are records kept?
As long as you choose. You set the retention for each kind of record.
What do you do with our data?
Nothing. It’s yours. We don’t sell it, advertise against it, or track your people around the web.
